How do I place an order?
Message us on WhatsApp with your prescription photo or a list of what you need. We confirm availability and price, then deliver. No app, no account, no online checkout.
Do I get a discount on my first order?
Yes — 10% off your first order, every time, with no promo code. Just mention it's your first order when you message us.
Is delivery really free?
Free within 5 km of either of our locations. Beyond that we ship nationwide across Pakistan at standard courier rates, which we confirm before you pay.
How do I send my prescription?
Photograph it and send it on WhatsApp. We deliberately do not use a web upload form, so your prescription stays in your own chat history and never sits on a website server.
How long does delivery take?
Local deliveries run from 10 am to 10 pm and are usually same-day. Nationwide shipping depends on the courier and destination; we give you a timeframe when we confirm the order.
Can I book a lab test?
Yes. We are a collection point for Hameed Latif Laboratory. Book a home sample collection and a phlebotomist comes to you, or give your sample at either location. Reports are delivered digitally.
What are your opening hours?
Cavalry Ground is open 7 am to 2 am every day. Walton Road (Bashir Pharmacy) is open 8 am to 2 am Monday to Saturday, and 9 am to 2 am on Sunday. Full hours for both are on the Our Locations page.
Are your medicines authentic?
Every item is sourced through licensed distributors, with cold-chain items stored and transported accordingly. A registered pharmacist checks what goes out.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery for local orders. For shipped orders we confirm payment arrangements with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Can I speak to a pharmacist?
Yes. Call or message during opening hours and a registered pharmacist will answer questions about dosage, interactions or alternatives.
